The Challenge
Thinklytics, a workplace learning platform, wanted to position itself as a thought leader in the future-of-work conversation. They had big plans to publish a data-driven report on learning trends but didn’t have the internal capacity to run the research or create the content. Their content team was swamped with product marketing tasks and needed a partner who could own the process end to end.
How Insight Lab Helped
We worked with the content lead to shape the report idea into something unique and valuable. Then we handled the research and content creation from start to finish:
Survey Design & Distribution: We created a short, high-signal survey targeting L&D managers and distributed it via a relevant email list and communities.
Expert Interviews: We interviewed five learning leaders to add qualitative depth and unique POVs to the report.
Synthesis & Narrative: We organized the findings, pulled out the most compelling insights, and built a clear storyline around them.
Once the research was complete, we wrote and designed the report and helped Thinklytics repurpose the material into a series of LinkedIn posts, email blurbs, and one internal sales enablement deck.
